Bill payments and transfers

• Select the HSBC logo (top left) to see your list of accounts. 
• Select ‘Pay or transfer’. 
• Select the account you are paying from. 
• In the ‘To’ section, select ‘My payees’, start entering the company or person’s name and then choose from your list of payees. 
• Enter the amount and date, and then ‘Continue’. 
• Verify the details and confirm your payment.
  

• Log on using your security device. 
• Select ‘Pay or transfer’. 
• Select ‘My payees’ (on the left). 
• Select ‘New payee’ > ‘Person’. 
• Enter your payee’s bank details, and note down the last 7 digits of their account number. You will need them in a later step. 
• Enter your payee’s personal details. 
• Now, follow steps on screen to use your security device to generate a code. 
• Enter the code from your security device into Online Banking. 
• Select ‘Save details’. 
• You’ve now added your new payee to your ‘My payees’ list and can transfer money to them anytime.
  

Paying bills on the go is now even easier! You can now add a new Bill payee directly from the Mobile app instead of having to logon to Online banking.

1. Select "Move Money" from the menu at the bottom of the screen 
2. Select "Pay bill" 
3. Choose the account you want to send the money from 
4. Select "To" 
5. Select "Add new payee" 

Once you have your payee stored in "My payees", you can pull them up by name at any time and make payments.
